Common questions
How is the certificate matched to the material?
Each container is labeled with a lot number. Entering it on the certificates page returns the release data measured for that lot: purity, identity, net peptide content, water, heavy metals, bioburden and endotoxin.
Is the fill weight the peptide content?
No. The fill weight includes residual water and counter-ion. Net peptide content and water content are reported separately on the certificate.
What if independent analysis disagrees with the certificate?
Submit the data. A retained sample of every lot is re-tested by the independent laboratory; if the lot is confirmed out of specification the order is refunded in full, the remainder of the lot is recalled and the cost of the independent analysis is reimbursed.
How are quantities above the catalog tiers handled?
Above 1000 units of one catalog number the order is quoted individually so that lead time and freight can be confirmed first.
What technical support is available?
Technical inquiries are limited to the material as supplied: purity, analytical method, identity, stability, solubility and storage. No information on use in any living organism is provided.
KLOW is supplied as a chemical reference material for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not a drug or a supplement, it is not for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this page should be read as describing an effect in a living subject.
