Tiers apply per SKU, not per order — 50 vials of one product reaches the 50-unit tier; 10 vials each of five products does not. This is deliberate: the saving comes from a longer single synthesis run.
Above 500 units of a single SKU the order stops being self-serve. At that scale lead time, counter-ion form and freight all need agreeing first, so the cart hands you to a quote request instead of a price.
Cryptocurrency, bank wire or ACH. We invoice after reviewing the order; nothing is charged at checkout. Net-15 terms are available to institutional buyers after a first cleared order.
Catalog items ship the same or next business day once payment has cleared. Custom campaigns are quoted individually, typically three to six weeks.
Freight is quoted on the invoice rather than estimated at checkout, because bulk orders vary too widely in weight for a flat rate to be honest. Domestic orders ship overnight or two-day with tracking.
Certificate of analysis, HPLC chromatogram, ESI-MS spectrum and safety data sheet accompany every shipment at no charge. W-9, insurance certificates and vendor forms on request.
Beyond the catalog
Send a sequence and a scale. We assess feasibility, quote a price and a lead time, and run the campaign under the same QC that governs the catalog. You get the full analytical package and exclusivity over the sequence.
