We do not ask why, we do not show you a second screen trying to talk you out of it, and nothing else on this site changes. You can order, sign in, track a shipment and contact us exactly as before.

What is shared, and with whom

Two third parties receive anything: TikTok, through an advertising pixel, and Google, through the Google Ads tag. Both run on every page, they are the only third-party scripts this site carries, and they are the only things here that can follow you off it. Opting out stops both.

What they send:

• The pages you open on this site, and when.
• The products you view, add to the cart, begin checkout with and order — by name, quantity and price.
• An identifier in a TikTok cookie, which TikTok can read on other sites carrying the same pixel, and can connect to your TikTok account and to advertisements you have seen.
• An identifier in a Google cookie, used to connect an order here to a Google advertisement you clicked, and readable by Google across the sites carrying its tag.

What it does not send: your name, your email address, your postal address, your telephone number, your payment details, or anything you type into a form by either of them. We have deliberately left TikTok's “ Automatic Advanced Matching” switched off, which is the feature that would send your email and telephone number.

We receive no money for this. It exists so we can tell whether our advertising brings anybody here. We say “sell or share” because California law defines sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising that way, and we would rather use the legal term than a softer one that leaves you guessing.

What this does and does not cover

It is per browser. The choice is stored on this device, in this browser, because the thing being refused is itself a cookie in this browser and most people making the choice are not signed in. If you use a phone and a laptop, set it on both.

It stops future sharing, and clears what was set here. Opting out means the pixel is never loaded again on this browser, so nothing further is sent, and we delete the TikTok advertising cookies already stored on our domain — including the identifier used to join your activity across sites. What it cannot do is reach cookies on tiktok.com or google.com, or anything either company already holds on its own servers. For those, use TikTok's or Google's own controls in your account settings, or write to us and we will tell you what we hold and delete it.

It does not touch anything we need to run the site. Your sign-in session, your cart and the research-use confirmation are ours alone, are not advertising, and are not shared with anyone. They are listed in full in the Cookie Policy.

Other ways to refuse

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends GPC we treat it as an opt-out on its own and you do not need to click anything. Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo send it; Safari and Chrome can with an extension. The control above will tell you if we have detected it.

Ordinary blocking. The pixel is a third-party script, so blocking third-party cookies or using a tracker blocker stops it too, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

By email or by agent. Write to support@afabiosciences.com and we will record the choice against your account and confirm within 45 days. An authorized agent may do this for you with your written permission. We will not treat you differently for exercising this right.
