Most of the catalog is manufactured for us by a United States contract manufacturer; the remainder is sourced from US suppliers. Every lot is tested by a third-party laboratory before it is offered and ships with a lot-specific certificate of analysis; the assays on that certificate vary by material and laboratory, and the coverage table below counts which. A per-product country of manufacture is not recorded, so no product page states one.

Counted from the certificates themselves. An assay absent from a certificate was not published for that lot; it does not follow that it was never run, and it does not follow that it was.
The release specification for purity is ≥ 99% by analytical HPLC. The certificate of analysis reports the value measured for the lot, not the specification limit, together with identity by mass spectrometry, net peptide content, water content, heavy metals, bioburden and endotoxin.
A lot that does not meet specification is not released. The release data for every released lot is published on this site against its lot number.

Each lot is tested before it is offered, and the values published for a lot are the values the laboratory measured for that lot. The assays on a certificate vary with the material and with the laboratory's scope — the coverage table below counts what the published certificates actually carry rather than promising a fixed panel. Where a panel was run by the manufacturer who released the batch rather than commissioned by us, the certificate says so and names them.

A lot that does not meet its release specification is not released under any grade. It is quarantined and dispositioned according to our quality procedure.

The fill weight of a container includes residual water and counter-ion. The certificate states net peptide content and water content separately from the fill weight.

Every certificate of analysis is issued for a specific lot and carries that lot's measured results. Representative or historical certificates are not used.
Technical support
Technical support covers the material as supplied: purity, analytical method, identity, stability, solubility, counter-ion content and storage conditions. Certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and release data are available for every lot.
The materials in this catalog are chemical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. No information on use in any living organism is provided, and inquiries outside the scope above are not answered.
