Research use only

Everything sold on this site is a chemical reference material supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing here is a drug, a food, a cosmetic or a dietary supplement; nothing has been evaluated by the FDA; and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.

By purchasing you certify that you are at least 21, that you are buying on behalf of a laboratory or research organisation, that the material will be used only in controlled in-vitro research, and that you will comply with every law that applies to its purchase, handling, storage and disposal. Product quality and testing

Products are made for us by a United States contract manufacturer and released only after testing in our own laboratory. Each released lot has a certificate of analysis recording identity and purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, and the certificate for the lot you received can be looked up by lot number on the Certificates page. Where a lot has not yet been released, its certificate is shown as awaiting. How we test is described on the Made in the USA page; the contractual specification is in Terms of Sale §6.

Shipping and delivery

Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern ship the same or next business day; ground transit adds 2 to 5 business days. Card orders ship at a flat rate, free from $500.00; invoiced orders have freight confirmed on the invoice before anything is due. Packages are plain and unmarked. Volume packs

Single vials are sold in quantities of 1 to 20. Above that a product is sold only in fixed packs of 25, 100, 250, 1,000 vials, at the pack price shown on the product page; quantities in between are not offered, and quantities above 1,000 of one product are quoted individually. Every vial in a pack is labelled and belongs to a single released lot, so the pack carries one certificate of analysis. Packs are subject to the same research-use, returns and payment terms as single vials, and the same two exceptions to all-sales-final apply to them.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

All sales of correctly supplied product are final. Once a vial leaves our custody we cannot verify how it was stored, so we do not take product back, exchange it, or refund orders placed in error or no longer required. We replace or refund in two cases only: material that does not match its certificate of analysis, established by independent analysis on the terms in the returns policy; and loss or physical damage in transit, reported with photographs of the packaging within five business days of delivery. Payments and disputes

Orders under $1,500.00 are paid by card at checkout on a form provided by our payment processor, Stripe; card details never reach this site. Orders of $1,500.00 or more are invoiced and settled by bank transfer or stablecoin through the invoice's payment page. Goods are released once funds have cleared. Charges appear on your statement as AFA Biosciences.

If anything about a charge is unexpected, write to orders@bulkusalyo.com quoting the order number before raising a dispute with your bank; every billing question is answered within one business day. A chargeback raised without contacting us first, on an order that was delivered as described, is treated as a breach of these terms: the account is suspended and the amount may be referred for collection. Privacy and data

We collect what an order needs — contact details, shipping address, the items ordered, and your research-use certification — and share it only with the providers that operate parts of this service: Stripe for payment and sales-tax calculation, the carriers for delivery, Resend for email, and the hosting and database providers named in the policy. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell data. Stripe processes card and wallet details on its own systems under its own privacy policy. Age verification

Purchases are restricted to adults aged 21 or over, as a policy of this store. At checkout you certify your age and the research-use conditions with a checkbox, and that acknowledgement is stored with the order. It is a certification by you, not a verification by us: it does not establish identity, regulatory approval, or the lawfulness of any particular product or use in your jurisdiction, and we may ask for evidence of institutional affiliation before releasing an order. Liability and legal agreement

By purchasing you accept all risk associated with research chemicals; confirm that the material is for in-vitro laboratory research only; accept that products are supplied to their stated specification and otherwise as-is, without any other warranty; agree that our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned and excludes indirect or consequential loss; and agree to indemnify AFA Biosciences against claims arising from misuse, improper handling or use outside the research-use terms. You remain responsible for lawful storage, handling and disposal where you are. These terms apply only to the extent the law allows and do not remove rights that cannot be waived.
