Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect only what we need in order to fulfil an order or answer an enquiry:

• Order information — organization, contact name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, purchase order reference and any notes you provide.
• Enquiry information — whatever you choose to include in a contact form message.
• Technical information — standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, retained for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not collect payment card details, because we do not accept card payments. Cryptocurrency and bank transfer details are handled by the respective networks and institutions, not stored by us.

How we use it

• To review, accept, invoice, fulfil and ship your order.
• To maintain the lot traceability records that regulation and good practice require.
• To answer your enquiries.
• To meet our own legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build behavioural profiles.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with shipping carriers (to deliver your order), with our payment and banking institutions (to process payment), and with professional advisers where legally required. We disclose information to law enforcement only where compelled by valid legal process.

Cookies

This site uses browser local storage to remember the contents of your cart and the fact that you have acknowledged the research-use notice. Both are stored on your own device and are not transmitted to us except as part of an order you choose to submit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

Order and lot records are retained for a minimum of seven years to meet tax and traceability requirements. Contact enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted after two years. Server logs are retained for ninety days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to privacy@bulkusalyo.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

The site is served over TLS and access to order records is restricted to personnel who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
