Shipping & handling

Dispatch times

• Catalog items — orders placed by 2 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Wire and crypto orders ship once funds have cleared.
• Bulk and custom campaigns — quoted individually, typically three to six weeks.

Packaging

Vials are sealed with flip-off caps, wrapped individually and packed in rigid outer cartons with void fill. Lyophilized peptide is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, so most orders ship without refrigerant. Where a compound genuinely benefits from cold chain, we ship it on gel packs in an insulated shipper at cost, and we will tell you which of your line items those are rather than charging everyone for cold shipping as a default.

Documentation in the box

Every shipment includes a packing list, a lot-specific certificate of analysis for each product, and the safety data sheet. Certificates reference the lot number printed on each vial label, which you can also verify through our lot lookup.

Domestic shipping

Orders within the United States ship by tracked courier and typically arrive in two to five business days. Card orders carry a flat $15 shipping charge, waived from $500. Wire and crypto orders — which are larger and vary too widely in weight for a flat rate — have freight confirmed on the invoice. Signature on delivery is required for orders above $1,000.

International shipping

We ship to most destinations. You act as importer of record. Before ordering, confirm that the material may lawfully be imported into your country and that you hold any permit required — several jurisdictions restrict peptide imports regardless of their research classification.

Shipments are declared accurately as research chemicals with their true value. We will not under-declare value or mis-describe contents, and we decline requests to do so. Duties, taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility, and orders seized for want of a permit are not refunded.

On arrival

Inspect the shipment within five business days. Transfer vials to −20 °C storage promptly. Report damage or discrepancies to orders@bulkusalyo.com with photographs; see Returns & Refunds for what happens next.
