Shipping & handling

Lyophilized peptides are robust in transit. The packaging matters less than most sellers imply — but the documentation matters more.

Dispatch times

  • Catalog items — orders placed by 2 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Wire and crypto orders ship once funds have cleared.
  • Quoted orders (above 1,000 units of one SKU) — lead time is confirmed on the quote.

Packaging

Vials are crimp-sealed, wrapped individually and packed with void fill. Orders arrive in a plain, unmarked envelope or box; nothing on the outside identifies the contents.

Documentation in the box

Every shipment includes a packing list, a lot-specific certificate of analysis for each product, and the safety data sheet. Certificates reference the lot number printed on each vial label, which you can also verify through our lot lookup.

Domestic shipping

Orders within the United States ship by tracked courier. Three services are offered at checkout and the price is the same whichever way you pay:

  • Standard shipping — $4.99, free on orders from $99.00. 2 to 5 business days.
  • Two day shipping — $14.99, free on orders from $350.00. 2 business days.
  • Overnight shipping — $39.99. 1 business day · Ordered before 2 PM Eastern.

Ships same or next business day when ordered by 2 PM Eastern. Signature on delivery is required for orders above $1,000.00.

Outside the United States

We ship to most countries. The checkout refuses destinations subject to United States sanctions or export restrictions and will say so plainly rather than failing silently. Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands are domestic destinations: choose the United States and pick the territory in the state field.

Shipping outside the United States is not priced at checkout. Place the order and we will quote the carriage by hand and email you the full amount together with payment details, usually within one business day. Your order is held until you accept that quote, nothing is charged before you do, and you are free to decline it.

Shipments outside the United States travel at your risk. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, and our transit cover — replacement or refund for damage or confirmed non-delivery — applies to domestic shipments only. Once an international parcel has been dispatched we cannot recall, redirect or trace it, so please check your delivery address before you order: we ship to the address you give us.

You are the importer of record. Duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the order or in the shipping quote, and are payable to the carrier before it will release the parcel. Import rules for research materials differ by country and meeting them is your responsibility. We declare shipments accurately and will not understate a value, describe the contents as a gift or as samples, or relabel a parcel to help it through customs. If your institution needs documentation to clear a shipment, ask us before you order so we can tell you whether we can provide it.

On arrival

Inspect the shipment within five business days and move the contents to the storage conditions stated on that product's page and on its certificate, which differ by material — do not freeze anything unless its own instruction says to.
