Light protection
Store away from light
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. 2–8 °C applies to prepared solutions, which should not be repeatedly frozen and thawed.
- Appearance
- White to off-white lyophilized cake.
- Presentation
- Lyophilized under vacuum into a 3 mL amber borosilicate vial, argon headspace, 20 mm flip-off seal.
- Counter-ion
- Counter-ion content is stated on the certificate for each lot.
Handle in a fume hood using appropriate personal protective equipment. Preparation guidance is deliberately not provided — determining a suitable protocol is the responsibility of the qualified researcher.
Certificate of analysis
Every lot is tested against the full release panel before it ships. The certificate of analysis for the current lot is awaiting delivery from the laboratory and will be published here, against the lot number, as soon as it arrives.

Awaiting certificate
Every lot of VIP is released against the same panel: appearance, purity by HPLC, identity by ESI-MS, net peptide content, water content, heavy metals, bioburden and endotoxin. The certificate for the current lot has not yet been delivered by the laboratory; its results will appear here when it has. If you already hold material, look up its lot number.

Common questions
How do I know the vial matches the certificate?
Each vial is labeled with a lot number. Enter it on the certificates page and you get that lot's own release panel — purity, identity, net peptide content, water, heavy metals, bioburden and endotoxin.
Is the fill weight all peptide?
No, and no supplier's is. A vial contains peptide plus residual water and counter-ion. We publish net peptide content and water separately so you can work with the real figure rather than assuming the label weight.
What if my own analysis disagrees with yours?
Send it to us. We retain-sample every lot, re-run it, and if the lot is genuinely off specification we refund the order in full, recall the remainder and reimburse your testing cost.
Can I order more than the catalog shows?
Yes. Above 500 units of one SKU the order is quoted rather than bought at the door, so lead time and freight can be confirmed first.
Do you give guidance on use?
No. These are chemical reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. We will discuss purity, analytical method, stability, solubility and storage — questions about the material — but not administration or dosing.
VIP is supplied as a chemical reference material for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not a drug or a supplement, it is not for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this page should be read as describing an effect in a living subject.
